At Origin Projects, we have been fortunate enough to have developed a long string of successful land estates in the Perth area. When we were known as 4Land Property Group, our mission was to provide affordable homes in places you would want to live. We were able to help numerous young families become first home buyers.

One of the reasons for our success is that we listen to our homebuyers. One of the most popular suggestions we got was that we should offer finished homes for people who don’t have the time to go through the process of building a new home.

We listened. And the result has been another track record of success. Currently, we only have finished homes available in one of our land estates: The Retreat at Mandurah Quay.
