Finished Homes Available as of July 2017

At Origin Projects, we have built a strong reputation for ourselves by providing house and land packages on the land estates we have developed in the Perth area. We have developed over ten successful land estates in Perth suburbs and even have one in Geraldton in regional WA.

When we started Origin Projects, we wanted to help young families buy new homes in places they would be proud to live. Word of mouth referrals travelled fast and we were more successful than we would have imagined. Since then, we have diversified and now develop land estates with homes of varying sizes for people with different budgets and lifestyles.

Based on buyers’ feedback, we decided to start offering finished turnkey homes on select land estates in the Perth area. Some buyers prefer to skip the building process and move straight into their brand new turnkey home, with nothing left for them to do except move in. By offering turnkey finished homes, we are expanding our offerings and giving our buyers more choice.

The Retreat at Mandurah Quay

Right now, our only finished homes are in The Retreat at Mandurah Quay. The Retreat is located adjacent to the Mandurah Quay Resort. The homes have three bedrooms, two baths and two car spaces. As of this writing, nine of the thirteen homes in Stage 1 are sold.

The homes are on lots measuring between 296-348 sqm. They are priced from $459,000-$465,000.

The Retreat is less than ten minutes from the Mandurah City Centre, The Mandurah Ocean Marina, The Mandurah Recreation Centre, the Mandurah Country Club, the Halls Head Shopping Centre, the Erskine Central Shopping Centre and more.
